Our Stations

Broad River Volunteer Fire & Rescue Department operates three strategically located fire stations to provide timely emergency response throughout our service district in eastern Buncombe County.

Station 1 – Headquarters

Station 1 serves as the department's headquarters and houses administrative offices, apparatus, equipment, and personnel. It is centrally located to provide efficient response throughout the district while supporting department operations, training, and community programs.

Station 2 enhances emergency response coverage to the southern portions of the fire district, improving response times for fire, rescue, and emergency medical incidents.

Station 3 provides coverage to the northern areas of the district, ensuring reliable emergency response across our diverse service area and supporting mutual aid operations with neighboring departments.

Together, our three stations enable Broad River Volunteer Fire & Rescue Department to provide dependable fire protection, emergency medical response, rescue services, and public safety assistance to the residents and visitors of the Broad River community.
